We welcome you all to the 18th season of New WAVE Volleyball. Established in 2005, New WAVE is one of the top programs in the Chicagoland area. As we continue to build success within our program, our athletes continue to be recognized and recruited. In 2018, New WAVE won it's first AAU National Championship, along with 3 runner-up trophies. We also had 4 other teams in this tournament placing in the top 5.
Participating in club volleyball is a process and starting with the youngest ages, New WAVE is known for instilling a disciplined culture where young athletes thrive. Our players are pushed to reach new levels in their volleyball development.
Our program is dedicated to providing all athletes with the opportunity to be successful. Playing volleyball with New WAVE requires a strong commitment to the game, the team, and your teammates. It is important that everyone involved understands that each coach is willing to make this commitment in order for our athletes to become the best players they can be.
Participation in the New WAVE program is a privilege and requires commitment, focus and effort. While we realize that the players and parents invest their time and financial resources to play, we feel that it is well worth the investment. The memorable experiences, both on and off the court, are about to unfold in the coming months and should make for an exciting season. We thank you all for your support and understanding of our efforts. Our organization will strive every day to make New WAVE the best place to be when it comes to club volleyball. After your experience with us, we hope you and your athlete will agree.

The purpose of this Handbook is to familiarize both parents and players with New WAVE Volleyball, and to create expectations for the New WAVE experience. For our program to be successful, the rules of this Handbook must be followed and will be enforced. We want to be known as one of the finest youth volleyball programs in the area. To help us reach that goal, we have policies as well as a Players’, Parents’ and Coaches’ Code of Conduct that lay the foundation for success each season at New WAVE. We hope this Handbook will answer many of the questions that you may have. If you have questions or concerns that are not addressed in this Handbook, please contact someone from our Administrative Team.
